I entered the field of psychology and mental health because I wanted to understand how to take care of my own emotional well-being, as well as help the people I care about. Later I learned that emotional and physical well-being are two sides of the same coin and is the precondition and foundation of everything in one’s life. Therefore, I want to congratulate you on embarking on this important journey. This is a journey of self-caring, -exploring, -understanding, -supporting, -nurturing, -guiding, -protecting, and -healing. And thank you for letting me gently witness this sacred process.

I use an integrated therapy approach, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR), Mindfulness, art therapy, and more. My therapy work is informed by my bachelor’s degree education in psychology, master’s degree education in social work, and my clinical experience working with people with varying needs in their life.

Together we can explore and work on your goals including, but not limited to: improving depression symptoms, managing anxiety, managing chronic pain, substance use recovery, trauma recovery, interpersonal life improvement, self-esteem and image reformation, building vitality and more.
