Group therapy enables participants to openly discuss various issues they are working through. It allows people to connect with others who are struggling with similar issues, in a moderated, safe environment.

WOMEN WITH ADHD

This group will aim to provide a collaborative, structured community led by clinicians to educate, understand, and learn about the self and topics in mental health.

This group provides a safe place to discuss various topics such as social support, executive function, and common co-morbidities.

The Women with ADHD group is run by Katie Roskilly and Rebecca Carpenter who are looking forward to meeting you and supporting you throughout your mental health journey.

SOMATIC AND MINDFULNESS FOR ANXIETY AND PANIC

Come to a supportive online circle. Share and learn tools, meditations, and body-oriented techniques to assist in calming and regulating the mind and body.

Panic and anxiety can be challenging to live with. This group will be led by Andrew Zorich who has specializations in contemplative and somatic psychotherapy. He has also dealt with panic and anxiety himself and has used many of the tools he
shares.

CONFIDENCE AND SELF-DISCOVERY

This group will aim towards providing a collaborative, structured community led by intern clinicians in order to educate, understand, and learn about the self and topics in mental health.

This group provides a safe place to discuss various topics such as self-esteem, self-concept, positive habits, setting boundaries, resilience, interpersonal skills, and more.
