ADHD in Women
This group provides a supportive space for all women and AFAB individuals to explore the unique challenges of living with ADHD. Focusing on shared experiences, the group covers topics such as managing overwhelm, balancing responsibilities, and addressing feelings of inadequacy or guilt commonly associated with ADHD.
Through open discussions, mindfulness practices, and peer connections, the group empowers participants to embrace their strengths and navigate life with increased confidence and resilience.

Neurodivergent Support Group
This free virtual support group is designed to address the grief associated with receiving a late diagnosis of neurodivergence, missed milestones, and other experiences that may leave individuals feeling left behind.
The group is open to neurodivergent individuals, their families, and partners. Together, we will explore the grief process, develop coping strategies, build skills, and create a supportive space to share experiences.

Complex Relationship Support Group
Are you seeking a supportive community to navigate the complexities of relationships? Join our Relationship Support Group starting July 9th!
Here we foster connection and growth in a welcoming virtual environment by integrating somatic activities and art into our sessions. We begin with a calming mindfulness practice followed by engaging discussions on a wide range of topics including building communication skills, navigating codependency, addressing financial management in a relationship, understanding family dynamics, to name a few.
