Are you feeling overwhelmed with the stresses of life? Do you feel like you have lost your sense of self? You are not alone. In today's world, there are a variety of social and societal pressures that influence our decisions.

I work with adolescents, college students, and adults to help them find fulfillment and balance in school, work, and life. From maintaining focus, to managing relationships, physical health, life transitions, and future planning. My approach is to assist you in developing improved insights, find your strengths, and identify new habits that can help you achieve your goals.

My therapeutic approach is Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that challenges negative thoughts to avoid negative emotions or behaviors. I believe that self-defeating thoughts and feelings often prevent clients from moving forward. As counseling can be an emotional process, I incorporate mindfulness practices like meditation, breathing exercises, and grounding skills if needed. The goal is to help you feel in control of your own behaviors and build your self-esteem, which will help you develop more successful personal and professional relationships.

If you feel like we would be a great fit, please feel free to reach out to me!
