The therapist-client relationship is like nothing else in the world. It is meant to be unconditional, non-judgmental, safe and heavily boundaried. As a therapist, I take a very direct and honest approach to this work. The relief and change you are looking for is going to require you to deeply invest in this process. It might be overwhelming and it might also be painful at times.

My approach to therapy comes from Existentialism, which is the belief that we are each responsible for creating purpose and meaning in our own lives. It’s hard to make sense of things when you’re also managing mental illness or overwhelming life stressors. There is so much more to you as a human than your mental health struggles, don't let those define you.

Serving and supporting the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC community is a priority to me. With our work together, you will learn to be more grounded in who you want to be next, be more curious, self-compassionate and come to understand yourself on a deeper level. In order to see if we could be a good match, take the next step and schedule a 15-min consultation with me.
