Life is often scary and filled with unpredictable pain. My job is to be present with you as we work through those difficult experiences together. As an identifying queer, Asian-American, cis-man I believe identity is a crucial part of understanding one’s self. This knowledge is the first step to change.

I work with adults and teens who struggle to discover a sense of self and how that relates to their relationships with others. I enjoy working with people from marginalized communities who may be struggling with their identity, maybe as a result of past-traumas. I specialize in individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar, LGBTQ+, or sexual addiction issues.
