My commitment as a therapist is to facilitate the process of self-awareness and acceptance with deep respect for the individual needs, choices, and pace of each Client. My approach to counseling is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. I recognize my work with Clients is collaborative, with a shared vision of achieving their therapeutic goals. I believe compassion is the most important attribute while working with adults who have symptoms of anxiety, depression or facing trauma and daily life stressors.
