I believe growth happens best when we have authentic, intentional support. My approach to counseling is largely in part believing in the power of connection and providing a space of sincere empathy, acceptance, and genuine interest. I pull from different therapeutic approaches as I work with each client with their unique context. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, Systems Theory, and Mindfulness the most with clients. My therapeutic style is actively engaged, direct, and open.
I have many years of experience working with adults of all ages facing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, grief/loss, transitions, caregiving, and recent diagnoses. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from University of New England and earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from George Fox University.
Available Supervisees:
If you would like to work with me and I'm full, you can be added to my waitlist. In the meantime, I am proud to supervise the following group of talented interns who provide excellent care under my clinical supervision. Each of these interns is trained to deliver compassionate, high-quality support. I encourage you to explore their profiles and reach out to our admin team if you are interested in scheduling an appointment.
