I acknowledge that you are here to seek extra support in your life, and you don't have to do it alone. Maybe you lost a loved one, you are struggling with anxiety, you are exploring your gender identity, or you need help with navigating through life and its many other challenges. This can be difficult, and I am here to help support you and empower you on this journey. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with adolescent to adult clients dealing with a variety of life stresses like depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, trauma, and depression.

My approach is very open and tailored to each client's individual needs and goals while drawing from various techniques and theories of evidence-based treatments such as CBT and mindfulness-based approaches. It's important in my role to facilitate a safe client-therapist relationship to feel confident in exploring these issues together.

I received my BA in Psychology at UNM focusing on neuropsychology and behavior. I am a current clinical MSW candidate at UW and I'm an LGBTQIA+ allied/identifying therapist, who loves travel, and playing my fiddle. It would be a privilege to learn from and work with you.
