Hello! My name is Emma, and I specialize in working with clients aged 14-25. I am passionate about offering counseling to individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, childhood trauma, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and LGBTQ+ identity development and related trauma. In therapy, we will work together to prioritize your needs and concerns. We will focus on your strengths, patterns, and beliefs that will serve you in your wellbeing.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally relevant. I work within a relational-cultural and feminist framework—utilizing trauma-informed care, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to serve my clients. My approach to eating disorder treatment is aligned with Health at Every Size principles, meaning it is anti-diet, weight-inclusive, and intersectional.

To my practice, I bring my experience working with survivors of sexual violence and domestic violence. As your therapist, I will always be your advocate, and we will work together to foster an environment built on trust, safety, and collaboration. Please reach out to me with any questions or to book an appointment. I look forward to meeting you!
