My work is to help guide you in what you want to work on. I strive to do so by focusing on your strengths and goals. My goals include helping you succeed in your goals by offering warm, friendly, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to build a therapeutic relationship. Whether it has been struggling through anxiety, depression, PTSD, or navigating neurodivergence, I would love to help you grow and accomplish your goals.

I hope to highlight your strengths using a holistic, trauma-informed approach that incorporates evidence-based practices, these can be therapies such as Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. I like to include some somatic work, such as breathwork and movement, and even art therapy, depending on client preferences and what they are looking to accomplish in therapy.
