Throughout my life I searched for ways to use empathy to empower and show others that there is hope even when it feels like there could never be. Purely seeking therapy is empowering and instills hope for our future. Although this work can be difficult, there is a reward. I approach counseling through a systemic and holistic framework. I believe every individual and their needs and goals are unique and completely original. Utilizing a mixture of therapeutic approaches, I aim towards creating an empowering space to meet you where you're at.
As your therapist my goal is to support and empower you through healing, self-exploration and expression. I have a passion for working with Adults and Young Adults newly diagnosed with neurodiversities. I draw from various modalities including IFS, Narrative Therapies all through a trauma focused lens.
I began my journey understanding people and psychology at City University of Seattle earning a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. My own experience with counseling inspired me to continue on and achieve my Masters in therapy at Walden University. As a Washington Native living in Arizona, I find inspiration in the natural outdoors and exploration we have, but also have an itch for exploring, and experiencing other cultures with my camera in tow.
