Utilizing Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy, I help individuals work through challenges such as ADHD, bullying, grief, trauma, stress, parenting, and pregnancy—offering support through many of life’s stages.
Through years of experience, I’ve learned to tailor my sessions using mindfulness, storytelling, art, and other creative approaches to help individuals manage emotions, express themselves, and cope effectively.
