My role, as a therapist, is to create an emotionally safe, respectful, nonjudgmental, place for you to seek change. I look to do this through open communication, honesty and ensuring consistency between my words and actions. I work collaboratively with clients while drawing on several treatment modalities including CBT, ACT and DBT.

I believe forging a strong, therapeutic relationship is essential for therapy to be effective. Therefore, I am committed to creating a positive, warm relationship with my clients.
