I have several years of experience working with adults of all ages and a wide-ranging background in working with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ folks, boundary work, self-esteem, and chronic illness. If you need space to take a pause, heal, and self-explore, then I can meet you where you’re at.

As a therapist, I am very attentive, genuine, warm, and a clear communicator. I’m interested in helping you feel empowered, self-assured, and grounded within sessions, while maintaining a sense of humor and a realistic perspective. Some of my approaches include CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy.

Starting therapy can feel very intimidating so let’s acknowledge what it took to get here, and know that this is a collaborative process we will do together.
