Coming from the emergency medical field, I’ve seen firsthand how the mind, body, and soul are connected. We are all intersectional beings that encompass a vast amount of love and kindness, to give to ourselves and share with others.

Whether you’ve hit roadblocks mentally or are seeking support and encouragement, I will offer you an integrated-holistic approach that honors diversity and embraces all cultures. Consider me an advocate for you in creating positive change and I will provide a safe space to process what's coming up for you in this chapter of your life.

My strengths are helping with anxiety, stress, depression and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. I’m also interested in working with clients who are struggling with varying degrees of grief and loss, coping with death, and the void that leaves us with.
