My role in the company is to make sure each client gets scheduled with a therapist who is a good fit for what they need, and that will work well with their schedule. I’m usually the first person who gets to talk to you when you reach out to our office. Getting to know our team of therapists has helped me appreciate the work they do to help improve the lives of our clients.

In addition to client communication, I also make sure that all of your paperwork is up to date, and we have the information needed to bill insurance.

I have been with Pacific Mental Health for a little over a year, and it has been a great experience getting to know all of our clients and working alongside our talented counselors and therapists. I love knowing that what I do makes a difference, and helping people. I love people, and my past experience as a receptionist, and as sales rep, has allowed me to work with a diverse variety of people. It has also helped me connect with them, and better understand their needs.

If I am not at work, you can find me at home hanging out with my 2 cats Salem and Pancho. I love listening to music, especially hip-hop and alternative, and attending concerts. My favorite concert was when I saw The Killers a couple of years ago.
