I specialize in Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Pregnancy Loss, and Parenting
Being a creative person means seeing the world in an open vulnerable way. I work with clients that are looking for a safe space to process the often overwhelming experiences of life. I specialize in serving highly sensitive people, artists, and individuals in high stress professions. My clinical interests include anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationships, life transitions, and parenthood. Through my therapeutic practice, I support clients in building confidence, overcoming creative blocks, and strengthening their resilience. Together we work toward the goals of connection, stability and success.

Bringing compassion, curiosity, and a wealth of knowledge to my role as therapist is integral to my work. I integrate a humanistic approach with psychodynamic, strength-based, and trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral therapy, in addition to somatic, parts work, and mindfulness techniques. Together, we will create an unwaveringly safe and warm environment that focuses on curiosity.

Research shows that successful therapy is founded on a relationship with a caring therapist you can trust. I welcome connecting with you, so just reach out to book an appointment! I will be happy to answer your questions, talk more about the therapeutic process and give you a chance to see if therapy with me is the right fit for you.
