I specialize in Grief and Peri/Post Menopause
Hi! I see clients dealing with personal struggles of depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, communication skills and conflict. I use a warm, humanistic approach when seeing clients and takes on a collaborative approach to help clients. I also augment sessions with other systemic models such as: CBT, solution focused therapy and narrative therapy to suit your needs. My hope is to create a safe place you can share your story while achieving your goals.

My previous life experiences have been as a paraeducator in the Northshore School District with over 5 year’s experience, and have vast experience in helping individuals and couples with infertility. I enjoy writing articles for various blogs and publications about infertility, and also ran a support group for 2 years. My experience working with infertility led me to seek additional training and graduate work.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with experience working with individuals, children, couples and families providing therapy services. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and received my Masters degree from Antioch University-Seattle.
