🔴 Liz McCully
Therapist, MSW, LSWAIC
She/Her
Telehealth + In-person: Lynnwood, WA
I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, and working with Teens
Is your life feeling overwhelming? Are you emotionally shutting down? When life turns into a game of survival, our lives can easily slip into feeling like a burden instead of a gift. You might find yourself cycling through fear, worry, sadness, anger and loneliness. I am here to listen, providing support tailored to your specific needs at this point in your life.

I see individual clients from teens to adults. I use a trauma-informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach to help clients learn to mentally tolerate the often unmovable life challenges and ALSO learn practical skills to truly feel better about life. I am proudly neurodivergent and I enjoy supporting clients with ADHD, ASD, SPD and similar diagnoses.

I understand that the work of building connections and feeling a true sense of belonging can seem overwhelming. Reaching out for support is a courageous act that I deeply respect. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, confident and supported. You deserve to feel like your best self every day!
