I approach therapy with a client-centered perspective, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual's life experiences. Throughout the therapeutic journey, my aim is to facilitate the expression of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to enhance well-being. Creating a non-judgmental and friendly environment is crucial, allowing clients to explore their feelings and perspectives amidst life struggles.

My passion lies in supporting individuals, particularly young adults and adults, dealing with issues such as self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, relationships troubles, and eating disorders. I utilize Psychotherapy models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, I am equipped to apply diverse mental health techniques and approaches to serve and contribute to the community's well-being.
