I am glad you’re taking steps that support your good health. To me, therapy is a collaborative process based on an authentic therapeutic relationship and trust that we develop together.

I am genuinely interested in you – your unique experiences and perspectives, strengths and struggles, and goals and dreams. In sessions we will build on your strengths, explore your challenges, nourish your hope and resilience, support your growth, and develop an understanding of what you need to thrive.

My approach is specific to you and your needs, largely drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work mostly with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, medical challenges, trauma, or seeking their direction.
