🟢 Anna Cimburek
Therapist, MSW, LSWAIC, LMSW
She/Her
Telehealth only
I specialize in Life Transitions, Chronic Illness or New Diagnosis, and Grief/Loss
Our life is a map and when we experience a roadblock, like a death or other significant life change, it can stop us in our tracks. Such changes can leave us feeling lonely, angry, hopeless and grieving. We are looking for clarity and validation that we are not alone. I have moved through many of these roadblocks myself and I understand how debilitating grief is. I also know the value of having a safe space to share where all feelings are acknowledged and validated. My background is in medical social work, specifically Palliative Care and Hospice.

My clients are looking for hope. They are looking for tools to help them cope with everyday life – to go to the grocery store, to meet friends for coffee, to return to work – while moving through their grief. I have supported individuals, couples, and families during all phases of significant change.

I approach therapy from an “integrative or eclectic” perspective. Meaning, I work with clients first to determine the approach that best fits them and their needs. I believe we all have within us the ability to move through hardships – and I will walk this journey with you through these challenges.
