Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck and need help navigating emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and conflicted relationships. I’m here to support you on your journey towards wholeness and a greater sense of aliveness.

My style is warm and direct, drawing upon your resilience and strength and working collaboratively with you to discover healing, growth, and expansion.

In our sessions together, we will explore what is most important to you. This might include disconnection from yourself or others, relational conflict, anxiety & depression, longings & desire, intimacy, identity, life patterns, feeling overwhelmed, hurtful relational experiences, self-criticism & self-compassion, loss, grief, & transitions, spiritual issues, living more alive and present to the moment.

I see individuals, couples, and adolescents, and also facilitate group therapy. I am influenced by relational psychodynamic therapy, which sees transformation and development of the self occurring through the process of the therapeutic relationship and extending outward to your everyday life. I am also influenced by psychologies of liberation, being mindful of systemic and social justice issues in the way that I approach therapy.

I am currently working towards the completion of my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors as well as spending time with friends. I love living in the Pacific Northwest and am grateful to call Seattle home.
