Pacific Mental Health is seeking Master’s level interns beginning Fall of 2018. Internship appointments are 9-12 months in length and requires a weekly time commitment of 16-20 hours a week. A successful candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, speak multiple languages, or has experience working with underserved populations. We especially welcome candidates who have experience editing or publishing academic work.
We seek candidates who can become an integral part of the Pacific Mental Health team, who understand their role in a dynamic collaborative work environment. We welcome applicants who provide diverse perspectives with respect to research ideas and psychological theory. S/he will be required to contribute to office hours, provide individual and couples counseling, co-facilitate group therapy, and write blog articles.
